VERY happy with my new front and back doors. Beautiful, quality doors. They fit perfectly and the fitters were perfectionists. Very happy with the finished result and would definitely use Malbern again.

Used twice, first time the fitters were fabulous, when we noticed some machine marks on the doors the company tried to blame the fitters, the marks were obviously not fitting marks, that was sorted after some back and forth, so when we wanted another two windows changed we decided to go back, different fitter, stood all over the arm and cushions of the sofa, despite saying it wouldn't be in the way when told it would be moved, said there was no need.
Left a brown silicone sealant gun on the cushion of the sofa, which obviously marked it, when we complained the very aggressive manager (who is also the same 'gentleman' that calls you at the very earliest moment for payment) came to visit to review our complaints and told us that our home was 'quite scruffy anyway' (we were decorating, not that it was his place to say anyway) and we should claim on our home insurance.
The second fitter also left such a mess inside, but apparently that was OK because we were scruffy anyway. Will not have malbern in my home again ever! Whilst some fitters are absolutely fabulous it's the luck of the draw, biggest thing though is that the customer service is at best extremely poor and at worst aggressive, derogatory and bullish
