Hi all would just like to recommend Graham and Feature Windows. Being based in Singapore we needed a reliable window fitter to come and put in new windows in our house in the UK. We have found Graham to be honest, very reliable and provide a fantastic service. The windows are great, our tenants are happy and he was very quick completing the whole house in just 2 days and left the place very tidy. He also provided sound advise, has kept in touch constantly throughout. Can't recommend enough
Cheap trims, won't hold blinds or curtains. Refuses to fix when fault appears only after a year since installation. Very unhelpful, argumentative and dismissive attitude.
Feature Windows put my windows/doors in in 2003 and Graham came round today to sort out a dropped door. Amazing service for customers. A brilliant family run firm whose work is second to none.
