Double Glazed Units

Our CE-marked double glazed units feature dual-seal systems with polyurethane or epoxy resin, offering 5-10 year guarantees. Available in various thicknesses with optional Low-E coatings, argon/krypton gas fills, and warm edge spacers, these units achieve U-values as low as 1.2 W/m. The hermetically sealed construction prevents condensation while improving thermal efficiency by reflecting interior heat back into rooms.

Secondary Glazing

Lightweight aluminium secondary glazing systems reduce noise pollution by 70-80% while improving thermal insulation. Custom-manufactured in Norwich with cavity depths exceeding 100mm for optimal performance, these units install over existing windows in heritage properties without altering original frames. Available in fixed, hinged, or sliding configurations with optional acoustic glass and safety laminates.

Glass Splashbacks

19mm toughened safety glass worktops and 6mm splashbacks provide hygienic, heat-resistant surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms. Manufactured with low-iron glass for colour accuracy, these panels resist staining and scratching while offering seamless integration with appliances. Custom-cut with polished edges and cutouts for fixtures in thousands of RAL/British Standard paint finishes.

Safety Glass

Conservation Glazing

Sashlite Ultra Thin units (as slim as 10mm) enable double glazing retrofits in historic timber windows without frame modifications. Combining Warm Edge Technology with Low-E coatings, these units achieve U-values down to 1.2 W/m while maintaining authentic window profiles required in conservation areas and listed buildings.
