This firm could do with a lesson in customer service. We are still waiting for a replacement part following their visit to our house on 16th JUNE. Keep getting 'fobbed off'. Visited showroom at least 5 times in recent weeks and still no further forward. Come Dan and Dale - get your act together!

Having used Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows for a new back door at my own house, I had no hesitation in using them to replace the front door and sash window at a rental property. The company were very efficient throughout the process, from initial visit through to installation. Information such as the quotation and arranging the installation was communicated in a timely manner. My tenant was very impressed with the efficiency, cleanliness and friendliness of the installation team.
