Had new doors, 2 windows and cladding fitted just before Christmas and I couldn’t be happier with them. Dave, Derek and the friendly team of guys worked hard to complete the job in a day. They covered all floors and tidied as they went along…. everywhere was spotless when they left. Delighted with the product and the quality of their work. Communication from my first enquiry and helpful discussions were also excellent. Would absolutely recommend Bespoke Windows to anyone.

Excellent company to deal with from quote to completion. Extremely professional. Delighted at the standard of workmanship. We had a new front door with panels and replacement patio doors. The products are top quality and the difference to the house in terms of appearance and heat, and sound insulation has been immediately noticeable. The workmen were polite, efficient and very tidy. Would use them again.

Had a beautiful door fitted by Degsy and his team a couple of years ago! Had an issue with it shutting at 7.30am this morning (kids in an out all day slamming it nothing to do with the quality) messaged Degsy at 8am by 9am he’d been and sorted! Gave me advice on how to maintain it.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Bespoke Windows Darlington Ltd, installed a composite front door and UPVC back door workmanship is first class super pleased with the new doors. They were excellent from start to finish ensuring that the carpets were covered, they cleaned up at the end. I was kept up to date from placing the order to the finish product. Unfortunately I cannot remember the names of the 2 window fitters that came out to replace my upstairs bedroom windows last Thursday but I was really impressed with how professional they were and I love my new windows.
There was snow but they continued with the booked job. They laid down sheets from the front door to where they were working and left the house clean. Very impressed and will recommend to anyone needing nee windows. I’m just sorry I can’t remember their names as they deserve a shout out!

Service was swift and fantastic from initial contact right through to the fitting of our new windows.
Brilliant workmanship and quality of materials.

Best part is our curtains now don't move when it's windy outside 😃

Fantastic new white UPVC French Doors with chrome fittings to replace our old timber ones. Very pleased with the result that now makes the opening seem much wider, lighter and brighter. Excellent and efficient service from start to finish thank you.
