Had replacement windows and new composite front door. Door has leaked is ill fitting and draughty. My hall carpet is ruined. The fitter been out several times, lost count how many, last visit I requested door and frame replaced under guarantee. He went away with the promise of having a word with boss. I have heard nothing since then, weeks ago, phone goes unanswered, email ignored, hand delivered letter to office in Heywood, still no response. This has to be the worst company for after sales service because there isnt any service

We had windows installed in November 2019. The service was excellent from start to finish. Arrived exactly when they said they would, fitted windows with no mess. The fitters were very tidy as they worked and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company. The finish and windows are excellent.
