These cost-effective solutions support both double and triple glazing in the same project while maintaining aesthetic consistency with bevelled or ovolo finishes.
Thermal Inserts
RCM Thermal Inserts enhance frame insulation by increasing chamber count from 5 to 8 without adding weight. Made from 100% recycled PVC-U, they improve screw retention and hardware positioning while reducing thermal bridging. These inserts enable more cost-effective production of energy-efficient windows without sacrificing structural integrity or recyclability.
Two-Part Cills
