Update thank you Lewis for my money back
Stay Clear of Moore UPVC, myself and my husband bought a beautiful window from Lewis, measurements of the frame spot on, Lewis done the measurements for the glass which was needed for the window frame and informed us when was ready to be collected (all brilliant so far). My husband collected the window and didn't think it was necessary to check the glass that Lewis ordered fitted into the frame as being a window supplier he knew what he was doing 🤣....... oh how wrong was we. Fitted window frame went to put glass in and 2 out of the 3 doesn't fit Lewis had measured them two as the same size as the middle window... contacted Lewis who said it was his fuck up and he would come over in the week to remeasure them... Thursday come NO sign of Lewis so we message him and he replied saying he will be over tomorrow (Friday) well 1 week later no contact and no response from Lewis.... we want our £80 back that is has know cost us to get the glass ourselves.... our Invoice will be on its way to you Lewis.... absolute scammer.....
