Very disappointment with the carpet fitting service. The carpenter delivered service in the hurry. Damaging bathroom door, Carpenter used wrong door panels. None of the doors closed after carpet was fitted. Carpenter left complete mess: screws, sharp strips on the beds, old carpet strips around the house. Carpet fitted unevenly, some staples came off leaving uneven surface,
After payment I requested an invoice or receipt still haven't received one.
Belfast store staff refused to intervene when I made complain.

Newrtownards store The carpet selection and floor staff were good the fitters however were dreadful arrived the wrong day carpet put down quickly and uneven andalso broke furniture that I had to pay a joiner to fix and they also tryed to over charged me for the job. If you get a carpet from here make sure you get your own fitters

There's not a lot to say about Martin Phillips Carpets except for one word: AMAZING!!! We went in with the intention of finding a stair carpet and happened to meet Johnny, one of the salesmen. He carefully examined the carpets we were interested in, offered us a fantastic deal on one along with underlay, and before we knew it, the job was done. The installation team will be here in just a few days. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

Bought a bedroom and a hall carpet. Good quality, good value and good customer service in the shop. Had a technical problem with one of the carpets and they resolved it quickly with no fuss. Went back again to get other rooms carpeted and again, good customer service both in the shop and from the fitters. Glad to support an NI business.

Would strongly recommend this company. The purchase process was made easy and fitting was completed on time. A really great job. When we had a slight concern about the feel of the carpet underfoot, the company responded very quickly; the fitters returned the following morning and quickly assessed the situation and their explanation put our minds at reast.
