There are two basic types of wood flooring to choose from, solid or engineered. The "engineered" product has a surface of premium hardwood bonded to a laminated base. This construction counteracts wood's tendency to shrink and expand and makes it easier to lay. Solid products are available in planks, strips or parquet. An extensive variety of woods are used for flooring giving a wide range of colours and textures which form the perfect base for any dcor.
