Heading up our installation team is Ronnie, who has been in the flooring industry for over 25 years and can fit all types of product from carpets to laminate flooring, engineered and solid wood and vinyl flooring.

At Simply Carpets and Flooring, we offer a fantastic selection of luxury vinyl tile products from Amtico and Karndean to Polyflor and Livyn. Luxury Vinyl Tiles is a must have in any busy home. Ideal for problematic areas such as kitchens, utility rooms, bathrooms & conservatories and looks great throughout the home. They offer guarantees of between 12-35 years and have an R10 slip resistancy rating plus they do not chip, crack or dent. LVT replicates the feature & design of real wood, tile & stone and can be used in conjunction with underfloor heating.

This product is also ideally suited to problematic areas and can be used throughout the home but as it's a softer product compared to Luxury Vinyl Tile, could dent if furniture is used without furniture pads or casters. This product is easy to clean and offers a high slip resistancy rating for peace of mind. Replicates stone, tiles and wood beautifully and offers guarantees of between 7-20 years. Quicker to fit than Luxury Vinyl Tile so offers an added benefit when time is of the essence.

Maintenance-free and easy to clean, laminate flooring is perfect for a contemporary look and, with a scratch protection layer, can withstand the high traffic of a busy household and is also suitable for wet rooms & bathrooms due to our latest Impressive range offering a Hydroseal coating. Laminate flooring is made of either HDF or MDF with an image bonded or laminated onto the top so that it closely resembles wood, marble, stone or granite.
