Floor-it Direct

Established in 1997, Floor-it Direct is a family-run business serving Banbury and surrounding areas. With over 26 years of combined experience from our team, including Paul Barns and Andrea Barns, we specialise in supplying and installing all types of flooring for residential and commercial properties. Our expertise spans carpets, vinyls, laminates, real wood flooring, tiles, and contract flooring solutions. We pride ourselves on offering a personal service, competitive pricing, and responsible waste disposal as registered waste carriers. Our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction has been built through word-of-mouth recommendations and repeat business. We provide free home visits and no-obligation quotes, ensuring tailored advice without high-pressure sales tactics.

Our team's extensive industry knowledge, gained from working with larger flooring retailers, allows us to deliver superior service while avoiding common industry pitfalls. We maintain transparency in all dealings and prioritise customer needs, reflected in our commitment to fast response times and consistent service quality. Our 15-year employee tenure demonstrates team stability, while our local market understanding ensures practical solutions for Oxfordshire properties. Customer testimonials highlight our reliability, value for money, and exceptional installation quality, particularly for challenging projects like uneven floors in historic cottages.
