If you decide you wish to handle our pieces and view our stock in person then our light-filled, timber framed gallery is a wonderful place to visit. Situated two miles away from our office, in Tempsford, a small village located in an accessible position, ten miles to the east of Bedford and twenty three from Cambridge, the Old Forge nestles in a truly idyllic setting; yet is conveniently located within one mile of the A1 motorway.

Our house style is probably best described as theatrical; being a concoction of old money, dramatic decorative, and faded gentility, with common themes of both humour and the macabre running through our inventory, that includes both academic and playful objects. We are proud to be members of LAPADA, the UK's largest association of professional art and antiques dealers, and we were delighted to be included in Homes & Antiques '50 Best Antique Shops' in the UK for 2016. Over the years we have supplied many large film and television productions with key pieces including the very popular Game of Thrones.
