Can I give 6 stars to Richard in the cook shop please! He's always been very helpful whenever I'm in, but today was beyond the call of duty! I was looking for a spare part for an old coffee machine and had managed to forget the manufacturer. Undaunted, he went on the hunt, found it and solved my problem. It's a rare treat to have staff who care and are willing to spend time to help.
I first went to Castle Warehouse when I had a cottage on the Traquair estate way back in 1966. I have known the CW since those days and constantly shop there for all manner of things, carpets, beds, blinds, curtaining, duvets and linen; ladies' fashion, children's clothing, mens and then the kitchen shop with the Ramblers cafe alongside. This is a family store which I recommend heartily for service, diversity of products and attention to detail.
