I had a mattress emergency today. I'd never bought from Black's before but had always read good reviews. I called them asking if they could deliver quickly (16 miles away). Called me back 5 mins later with 'no problem'. Mattress was there within 2 hours and delivered by a couple of lovely lads who also took the old one to the tip. Very impressed - thanks for saving the day.
