Went to the store with my mother really excited to pick carpets and wooden flooring for my living room, stairs, landing and 3 king/double bedrooms. Awful customer service in store had amazing service the day before when they came to measure my home. Asked if they still did discount for people who worked in a certain company and the attitude was "I don't know do we? I'll have to ask the boss" safe to say we will be going with someone else. Also prices were ridiculous went to a few other stores and all cane up with over 1000 cheaper in price.
Horrific service! Had a quote for levelling my kitchen floor and Lino laid. Showed the salesman exactly what I wanted who said no problem and gave me price. Chased for 2 weeks to get an appointment for them to come and do the work and was promised calls I never had. Then eventually they turned around and told me they don't even stock the flooring I want and that I could have it but would be another 100! Customer service is shocking and their salesmen lie! Beware!
