Thank you to Gareth & his team, fantastic customer service from start to finish.
Very helpful and answered ALL my questions, Gareth’s advice was taken to which carpet/underlay was best and I love it.
His team adhered to social distancing at all times and where very professional, clean, happy lads!
Communication is a must especially in these times and Gareth didn’t disappoint, everything was fitted to the time scale given and the price was fab too!

We purchased two amtico floors and Ulster carpet throughout our house. From start to finish the service has been excellent and we are delighted. Gareth came to measure and advise. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and prompt to respond to any queries. The fitters for both flooring and carpets were brilliant, really nice guys who took care and respected our newly decorated house. I would not hesitate to recommend and most certainly will shop at Highgate again in the future.
