My step dad recently had an operation on his knee which sadly went slightly wrong meaning he couldn't lie down or sit comfortably on a normal chair or sofa. Luckily they managed to find the perfect chair in Emmersons, but unfortunately the delivery timescales meant he would have a pretty uncomfortable week. However, the guy at Emmersons went way beyond the call of duty in order to get the chair delivered quickly. And the price was great too. Excellent customer service.
