Steel Decking
Raised Floor provides Kingspan Multideck steel decking systems for composite floor construction. Our galvanised steel profiles create structural frameworks for concrete slabs, offering rapid installation and long spans up to 6 metres. Available in multiple gauges and profiles including MD50-V3, MD60-V3, and MD146, these systems reduce concrete volumes by up to 31% while maintaining fire resistance up to 4 hours. Backed by Kingspan warranties and 5M professional indemnity insurance, our solutions suit commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Car Park Construction
Metpark division specialises in multi-storey car park construction using composite steel decking technology. We design and build raised deck systems incorporating Kingspan MD206C and MD146 profiles, achieving unpropped spans up to 6 metres. Our systems include corrosion-resistant coatings for durability and optional colour-coded soffits for wayfinding. With experience in ANPR integration and EV charging infrastructure, we deliver car parks compliant with BS EN 12825 standards, supported by structural warranties and 5M PI insurance coverage.
Concrete Floors
Metcon Concrete Floors delivers reinforced composite floor slabs on steel decking systems. Our solutions combine mesh or steel fibre reinforcement with in-situ concrete, achieving surface flatness tolerances for industrial and commercial applications. Capable of pouring 130-250mm thick slabs, we offer fire resistance up to 4 hours and load capacities exceeding 12kN. Backed by Kingspan design software validation and 5M PI insurance, our systems meet ACIFC standards for industrial flooring performance.
Access Flooring
Access Flooring division supplies Tate Access Floor systems for modern office environments. Our steel panel systems with vinyl, wood, or marble finishes create concealed service voids for data and utilities. Compliant with PSA MOB PF2 PS and BS EN 12825 standards, we offer load capacities from Light Grade to Extra Heavy Grade. Solutions include anti-static panels for server rooms and magnetic timber finishes, all supported by maintenance manuals and optional annual service programmes.
Metal Roof Decking
Metalroof division provides structural metal roof decking systems using Joris Ide, Tata RoofDek, and Kingspan profiles. Available in 19-200mm depths, our systems support single-ply membranes, green roofs, and acoustic linings. Shallow profiles suit lightweight commercial roofs while deep profiles handle heavy loads for industrial facilities. Aluminium options available for corrosive environments, with perforated acoustic variants achieving sound absorption ratings A-D. All systems meet BS EN 1090-1 EXC4 standards.
