I'd never bought anything from the Floor Factory before (so not a loyal high-spending customer) - yet I called to see if they had an off-cut of Amtico flooring and they happily took the time to check their off-cuts and sell me just a single plank for a very reasonable price rather than having to purchase a whole pack. Great customer service and you've won yourself a future customer - thank you!

Fantastic choice of products in the store itself and staff willing to advise and offer suggestions. Delivery and installation was swift and the final finish was impeccable. I would thoroughly recommend Floor Factory for anyone thinking of buying quality flooring.

Amazing designs and if you looking to create a real wow factor this is the place to do it. They have a room visualiser which you can drop products colours and laying patterns into. I'm looking for something that's edgy and contemporary and I have so many ideas after visiting today. Fantastic service and will definitely be revisiting.
