Unused, unopened boxes can be returned within agreed timescales. Final quantities should be confirmed before ordering, as some special-order items may be non-returnable.
Do you supply samples?

Are your tiles suitable for underfloor heating?
Most tiles are compatible with underfloor heating systems. We recommend using Warmup systems with appropriate expansion joints and Tilemaster Levelflex for optimal performance.
