Made a big order 2700! collected Was encouraged at desk to buy extra as better to over order. Collected tiles then had them 6 weeks later had spare 5 boxes tried to return them but they hid behind must return in 28 days ! Which I wasn't made aware of this verbally by sales person feel they just don't want to help very disappointed wont use again. Obviously not interested in recyling as these will now go to land fill!

Try to return 50 worth of unopened grout with receipt, but very staff wouldn't accept it as after 28 days. Very inflexible as we had previously spent.
