Visited the showroom to select paving flagstones for my back garden. Geoff served me and was very helpful showed me a sample of the flagstone to make sure I was happy with the colour and then placed the order promising that my order would be delivered before the end of the week. Geoff promised he would ring me when my flags arrived at the store and again before the delivery lorry arrived - he did keep me informed and the delivery driver Billy placed the flags exactly where we wanted them. I was very pleased with the overall customer service provided and would use Eglantine again.
