This revolutionary, single plank range from Simeon Bateman is as thick as a solid wood floor with a 'wear layer' of 6mm of your chosen timber and 14.4mm of multi-layered birch plywood. Strong enough to be installed as a load-bearing floor, our Legacy can also be floated over dry concrete sub-floors and is suitable for use over under-floor heating (Water Based ONLY). And that 6mm top layer means it can be sanded and refinished several times, guaranteeing years of added value. Several timbers are available in the Legacy range: lacquered Walnut or Oak is available unfinished, smoked and oiled, oiled or lacquered.
