The Company was originally started by our dad, George Edward Scothorne some 30years or more ago. We pride ourselves on traditional values; if a job is worth doing then it's worth doing right! From the minute our team arrives on site to the minute we leave you can count on us. Each member of our team is fully experienced in all the phases of laying reinforced concrete floors, so it's the same team from start to finish on each contract. All members of the team (employee or sub-contractor) have been trained by a member of the Scothorne family, in fact almost all the team are a member of the Scothorne family.

3. Once the damaged area is saw cut and the floor removed. The area is prepared for repair. 4. The specialised product for at temperature repairs is mixed by qualified members of our team. Final preparation of the area is carried out including the installation of steel reinforcement, bars & insulation. National & Independent Concrete Suppliers are used to obtain the most appropriate mix for the type of contract we are undertaking. The steel reinforcement used is manufactured to BS4483 from cold reduced wire which complies to BS4482.
