The chair it's self is great quality and very easy to assemble it's base. Extremely comfy and just what I was looking for! Overall a wonderful purchase. The only minor points I can think to give for constructive criticism, is; - To offer an e-mail option for organizing delivery (since not everyone is keen on phone these days). - And for the chair it's self, I would have chosen it to be very slightly shorter if custom height was an option
