I had done a lot of research before I found Heritage and had lots of questions and purchasing anxiety! Laura was completely brilliant at guiding me through what I would need for stair cladding and flooring project. The samples came quickly and are of high quality. What I found is that there is very little difference in price between these solid oak flooring and engineered oak - which until I discovered heritage - was all I though my budget would accommodate. Am completely thrilled and will be back - have my eye on those doors!

We have now fitted our 6th internal oak door. Fantastic service and great rustic quality. Really lightened up our 1930's bungalow as well as keeping the character and charm. Only a possible 4 more to go.
