For maximum durability, we recommend the lacquered finish. Underfoot stocks cheap wood flooring finished in either a matt or gloss lacquer. We also offer brushed or smooth gloss lacquered finish; so you can decide whether you want to see and feel the grain detail or have the benefits of an easy-wipe floor that the smooth finish offers. Unlike a lacquered floor, our oiled ranges do not need to be sanded prior to re-coating, simply spot repair.
