The one item not included as standard (as stated above) is a deep clean of the oven. We provide a superficial clean as standard and can include a deep clean if requested for an extra charge. This is due to the very high time and labour requirement of performing a full oven deep clean. We understand that customers moving out of rented accommodation will be particularly concerned to ensure that they receive their deposit back. We can help with this by guaranteeing the standard of the clean, such that if there is any complaint from your landlord or letting agent, we will return to the site to inspect and discuss the problem.
