Restoration of your flooring is a complete overhaul of your existing flooring which may include joists works (if some movement or damp detected) subfloor (creaking, uneven, removal of concrete hearth, underfloor insulation (personal choice) & damaged floorboards (dry-rot, woodworm, splintered etc). After our assessment you will be advised with the best way forward along with a very detailed quote & works schedule, we can supply all relevant materials that would be required including reclaimed floorboards to the same width & of very similar age.
