I don't normally write reviews but after reading Mrs Chua's review I just wanted to say that im a happy customer. I ordered a new wood floor (20mm Rustic) for my office and i cant fault the product or the service. Good quality floor for the price and was delivered and fitted on the date agreed. It wasn't bespoke product but if it were then i would have expected to have to wait a little longer for it to be produced.
