Purchased a relatively expensive carpet to include fitting from Milners. It was very poorly laid first time around and they had to remove and replace it. Unfortunately the replacement was then refitted by a different Milner fitter and we ended up with a different problem (crease that will not go away). Milners team have looked at it and acknowledged the issue but are unable to offer a solution of any type and they have left us with the problem. We paid for brand new good quality carpet and its disappointing to end up with a finished product that is not right - its not what you pay for...

Milners have been absolutely top notch at every step of our experience with them. Sales staff were friendly and professional without being pushy. Samples were freely provided and good advice provided throughout. Top praise however has to go to the installation team. The floor tiles we chose were beautifully aligned, the intricate border added with precision and all in a friendly, courteous way that made us feel we had definitely made the best choice possible. Highly recommended!!

Thanks to the team at Milners for my new bedroom blinds. This isn't the first time I've used them and, as before, they provided a first class service from start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished result.

Milners have supplied us with curtains, blinds and flooring over many years. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and their products are excellent. The fitters for curtains and flooring do an excellent job. We have no hesitation in recommending Milners across their full range of products.

We have just had karn dean supplied and fitted by Milners. We have had a 1st class experience dealing with them from the moment we walked into their fabulous show room to the finish of supply and fitting. I can not recommend them highly enough and we will only be using them for the other rooms in our new home. Thank you Milner team.
