Each installation uses precision-cut materials and time-honoured techniques to ensure longevity and aesthetic perfection, suitable for both heritage properties and modern developments across Kent and the UK.
Heritage wood restoration
Specialist restoration of aged wooden floors using sanding and refinishing techniques. We revive original character through careful removal of surface damage while preserving historical integrity. Our process includes colour matching, protective coatings, and structural repairs, ensuring period-appropriate results for listed buildings and conservation areas throughout Canterbury and Surrey.
Reclaimed wood fitting
Installation of eco-friendly reclaimed flooring sourced from decommissioned buildings. Each plank retains historical patina while meeting modern durability standards. Our team carefully selects and prepares materials to maintain their unique story, offering cost-effective luxury solutions that reduce environmental impact without compromising on quality or aesthetic value.
Marquetry design
Creating ornate floor artworks using contrasting wood species. Our artisans design bespoke motifs ranging from classic borders to complex pictorial scenes, employing centuries-old marquetry techniques. This service caters to clients seeking distinctive statement floors, with options for both residential and commercial properties requiring exceptional craftsmanship.
Wide-board installation
Supply and fitting of French oak wide boards with hand-applied finishes. Available in natural oiled or stained options, these floors offer contemporary elegance while maintaining traditional quality. Each installation uses sustainably sourced materials from Burgundy forests, ensuring dimensional stability and long-term performance in both new builds and renovation projects.
