Our Wide Stave worktops are manufactured by hand using the finest African, European, and North American timber, creating a beautiful and individual kitchen worktop. Every worktop features wide, long staves which run the whole length of the worktop. This construction allows us to show the natural beauty of the wood and gives a more traditional look. Our Block Style worktops are made by hand selecting comb jointed blocks which are then glued together forming these stunning worktops. Each piece is graded for character, colour, and grain pattern producing a high quality worktop for your kitchen.
Customer service was appalling. Requested refund of next day delivery payment as took 5 days to arrive as product not in stock. I agreed to the delay and expected the refund but Dave the manager is disputing this. I have emailed him three times to request an update on the refund and eventually rang them today, 8 days since making payment. Dave was rude over the phone, said he had escalated my request and then hung up on me when I asked him to explain why he couldn't arrange the refund. I do not recommend this company at all.
