Bought extension table for almost 3 years. The extension table seldom being use but only on occasions. Recently the wood cracked and even got problem extending the wood. Call boconcept and surveyor came and accessed. He mentioned it could be due to weather and that's why the extended wood gave way. It's due to wear and tear but I seldom open the extension part and how could it be wear and tear? Finally to my surprise, boconcept did not charge me and replace it due to initial part of some installing issues.

Yesterday there's 2 installer Jason and Mr.koh came down to replace the extension wood. Both of them were very professional in their core of duties. They even go to the extend to clean up some edges and dirt from there. Jason did some touch up some paint work from other parts of the table. He did not have to do that but even go to the extra mile. Not forgetting Mr.Koh taught me and my wife on how to maintain the table.

Right at the beginning when we bought the table, sales people was good at pushing sales and mentioned to us the table from Germany so not much of maintenance to be done. Sales person told us the ball bearings from the extension table do not need to oil cos it's from germany technology. After yesterday, then we have the knowledge from both installer on maintaining the table. Both of them found the fault on why the extended wood gave way.

Overall I would like to give on boconcept after sales service and kudos to both installer.
Boconcept is fortunate to have both installer that shows their professionalism and did what beyond their core of duties. Once again thank you for all of the inconvenience that causes and happy with the "brand new table" again.

My carmo sofa was torned on the top back side, which stands against a wall/window. A very weird place to have the damage, maybe from sitting sometimes on the side. I had no clue how it happened but it is in my opinion material failure. When I noticed it I made a picture and send it to them. The answer back was that is must have happened with something sharp and could not be a material malfunction. This is the saddest response I have ever heard, as if I would put a knive in an expensive sofa.
