Over 40 years ago Simon Horn introduced the 'lit bteau' to the UK and set the ball rolling for a successful revival of French period bed frames. From Louis XIII through Rococo, to Empire and Regency. Each item is beautifully crafted whilst featuring all the practical aspects required for contemporary living. Longevity is at the heart of the design process and our collection includes chairs, wardrobes, bedside tables, chests of drawers and other occasional furniture.
Architecturally, each of the newly refurbished bedrooms is unique and has been given its own distinctive character. Four very different, yet equally splendid Simon Horn beds were chosen for important rooms; with designs ranging from the hand-painted 'Reeded' and the barley-twist 'Mayfair' beds to the neo-classical 'Colonial' ' and more contemporary 'Lucca'. Simon Horn offers interior designers an extensive range of traditional and classic contemporary designs, all handmade and finished to order.
