Why should I be coraled around maze in the shop to exit I witnessed many elderly that had to stop and take a rest because of this stupid I idea and on top of that you need token to leave the car park will never go to this shop ever again

Awful place! There was an incident on the property A pot filled to the brim with water and I was soaked from head to toe as I lifted it to check the price of the pot from the highest shelf. Covering me and headphones I was wearing with water. The owner was rude and basically said it was my fault then said I should just except his "sorry". No incident report was taken not even offered paper towels to dry myself and if my headphones are broke well it's not his problem and doesn't see why a big pot of water would break my headphones. I was informed I shouldn't have taken a pot from the top by another manager, well how do u take a pot from the bottom with out disturbing the top one ( forgot my Harry potter wand at home). Will never go there again! Much better garden centres down cruise hill with better pricing and much better customer care/relations.

Phoenix Rose used to be one of the better garden centres in Crews Hill but the reduction in parking places and removal of the one way system in the car park have made it impossible to visit. Will not be attempting to visit again until this has been rectified.
