We care about the quality of the creative process as much as the quality of the finished project. We share a wide range of knowledge and experience that we can draw upon for each project we undertake. We work to ensure that everyone working for us has all the resources at their disposal to improve, innovate and develop as designers and makers in their own right. We love our workshop, it's been our home for the best part of a decade. It's seen many layouts in that time, changing from a rough-and-ready shared space to a well-designed and well-managed workshop that stays flexible to our needs for each project.
Richard and Joanna's unit is wending its way to completion. The offcut panels now sanded, cut and jointed. All glued up and ready for oiling.
Lockdown has seen us raiding the offcuts racks for projects for home and family. Recycled and reused, they take on a new context and start a new story.
Curvaceousness. The final piece of the jigsaw for the kitchen at our current E5 project. The internal face of the door is supported by birch plywood ribs forming additional shallow storage for those all important herbs and spices.
Current project being dry fitted in the workshop. Collaborating again with @sygnetstyle and on this one with @agarchitecture We're looking forward to seeing these panels with their final @metall_fx finish.
