Not only will it give us a chance to meet, but we can discuss the basics of exactly what you need doing each visit. I can also get to know those little things that make your home your own. So if your pet hate is changing bed linen or you can't bear to clean the oven - just pass on those rotten jobs to us. And if suddenly your ironing has got a little out of hand one week or you're expecting guests, just let us know.
I've been a cleaner for Laura for over twenty years and I care about your home as much as she does. I will ensure your house is cleaned to the exact requirements you discussed with Laura during your home visit. It's very simple. I turn up, clean your house then go again. If I'm poorly or on holiday Laura will send another member of staff in my place and your home will be cleaned as normal. All the time consuming worries about my pay etc are left to Laura.

An extremely professional service, wish I had contacted Laura years ago! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company, I love walking into my 'clean' house, I only wish I could afford to have it done every day!

I've used Laura's agency for the last 10 years and during that time have always had excellent service. My cleaner Lucille works really hard and does a fantastic job keeping my house spotless, but is never intrusive. Before she started, Laura came to my house and we agreed a scheme of work in advance and how many hours would be necessary. When I was working it was wonderful to come home to a lovely clean house. Now we are retired we go away a lot, but Laura is flexible and we are not charged when we are away. Very highly recommended.
