My name is Michelle, I'm Lancashire born and bred, and I run Cleaning-by-Michelle and Fylde Concierge Services, here on the Fylde Coast. I work with a couple of terrific, loyal friends of mine and between us, we offer a super service to our customers. We are not an agency or a franchise. We do the cleaning, we do the ironing, and we answer the phone!

They just love the service we provide and we enjoy cleaning their homes too! Firstly I (Michelle) will meet up with you and discuss your requirements to ensure you get a cleaning service tailored to your needs. Between us we will work out a routine which will ensure your satisfaction. We realise it is the small things that count. We will treat your home as our own and ensure that ‘everything gets done'.
We offer a fast, efficient, ironing service to the highest standards. We can either do your ironing in your home or we can take it away with us and return it within the next day or two. We use a modern, high quality steam iron which ensures our work is of the highest quality. All work is carried out in a smoke and pet free clean environment. FREE delivery and collection! If you leave us a key to your house, we can collect your ironing basket and then deliver the ironed clothes back to you. We charge by the hour not per item, or by the kilo, like lots of companies and in an hour we can iron lots and lots!
