LDB Construction is unique in London in that we offer a complete turn-key service and will work with our clients from initial consultation, to the delivery and installation of furniture, and provide maintenance support after the project is complete. Throughout the project we oversee and manage every detail of the construction and refurbishment so that every inch exactly meets our client's exacting standards. We employ an elite team of construction specialists and craftsmen and keep the use of sub-contractors to an absolute minimum.

Following the Construction Management route, LDB works as a member of our client's professional team. We manage the project on behalf of our client, but all the specialist subcontractors enter into individual contracts directly with the client. LDB acts both as the Construction Manager and as Financial Manager. We plan and manage the entire build, from planning through procurement to co-ordinating the efforts of everyone involved. We work the same way we would under a traditional contract with the same high levels of supervision and expertise from beginning to end.

Where the client has not yet appointed a design team, LDB Construction can handle the entire process from initial concept design, through planning, procurement and construction. LDB can appoint architects and designers selected by the client or make use of our own internal architects. Our in house project managers then manage the entire process from start to finish to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget. This route is ideal for clients who prefer to have one company totally responsible, and one point of contact from start to finish.
