Our designers start by sketching simple drawings so that the whole team can see the potential and input ideas. After selecting the very best concepts, we progress to a technical drawing stage that details the workmanship and materials needed for construction. Once we are satisfied that the finished item fulfils the One-Call promise of innovation, design and quality on every level, it goes out to the marketplace and we begin large-scale production. Our furniture is assembled specifically to order, either using components from stock or manufacturing new components as needed. We have invested in a box-on-demand machine that allows us to pack and protect each piece of furniture in the best possible way, ensuring that our products arrive in perfect condition to our customers.
Our furniture is available via the UK's leading online stores. Consumers browse our products, make their style and colour choices and place their order. This order is automatically entered into our production system with delivery straight to the consumer's home within a number of days. Delivery is via a dedicated 2-man white-glove team, who position the product in the room of choice and remove all the packaging.
