My oak bookcase arrived first thing this morning. The young man was very pleasant and even apologised for being so early but it was perfect timing before I had to leave for work. The bookcase looks fantastic and is very good quality for the price. I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

NOT ALL THAT GLITTERS IS GOLD! Oak wood are noted for aesthetics and durability. Sold me a defective oak dining table with a faulty chair. Changed chair reluctantly after several calls and refusal to use chair on health and safety grounds, but refused to do anything about the table. I will think 2wice before dealing with them again, they do not own up to their liabilities/ responsibilities. Table is less than 6 months and the top has started exfoliating (obviously not solid oak as described). Kiran of the outfit informed me that the table is not entirely water proof, I'm not expected to soak a 10 seater table in water anyway. However, spills are expected which are cleaned. Even cold items breath on surface where kept. They've not heard the last from me.

Bought a Minsk bar table and 2 stools. The quality of this furniture is outstanding and superb value for money. Made a trip to Dartford showroom and had several telephone conversations with extremely helpful staff members before my very cautious online purchase. I wholeheartedly can recommend this company and its furniture
