I had a lovely delivery driver, but he only bought half the bed! The delivery company decided to split the consignment and deliver over more than one day. As a single working woman do they really expect me to take another day off work? And when? No idea when the other half will arrive. Very disappointed and very angry with the service.
Salesman in store was really helpful without being pushy. Helped us choose a frame and mattress perfect for what we wanted and within our price range without trying to upswell. Delivery guys were extremely helpful and pleasant. Took bed upstairs, removed old bed and nothing was too much trouble for them. Amazing all round!
