Bought a garden corner sofa on the Wednesday it arrived on the Monday, one part was missing spoke to CJC they were great sent the missing part out right away. Nice to speak to and very helpful. Thanks guys

Excellent customer service, friendly, professional & extremely good value. I emailed about a product & they got back to me promptly. I was going away for a few days so they arranged delivery on my return. I was a little dubious because we live in Warrington & the store is in Birmingham so couldn’t see before I bought. However furniture arrived when promised, well packaged. We’ve put the garden furniture together and I’m really pleased. Thank you CJC I’ll certainly use your company again

we paid £599. for an outdoor corner sofa unit, purchased via their ebay platform. it was delivered at 10am on 24th june flat packed on a pallet onto our front drive. we started assembling and realised there were 3 missing back panels. we rang cjc within 2 hours of delivery to explain- they refused to speak to us and said we had to go via ebay, so we did this.8 days, 2 emails and 2 phone calls later we gave still had no response from cjc. we have a large pile of flat pack furniture which is not for for purpose and no contact from cjc whatsoever. so we will now ask ebay for assistance to get our money refunded and the unusable pallet of furniture collected. Cjc needs to appreciate that as well as taking people's money, when things go wrong they have to provide customer service and act within the law.
