Set up as a one-stop service for Refurbishment, Joinery, Plumbing, Painting & Decorating, Flooring as well as Mechanical and Electrical works, our main clients are, Corporate, Commercial and Industrial Companies in Scotland and teh North of England. AU INTERIORS & BUILDING SERVICES operate under strict high quality standards and provide attention to details in terms of planning and executing our clients projects and maintenance requirements.
Our main in-house trade groups include Joiners, Builders, Plumbers, Painters & Decorators, Floor layers and Electricians, giving us optimum control and accountability. We are happy to enter into Term Contracts, Lump Sum Contracts or Partnering Arrangements which can be based on Hourly Rates, Schedules of Rates or Annual Cost. A comprehensive range of materials for all trades is carried in our in-house Stores facility and this is backed up by a full range of national and local suppliers. We operate a dedicated reactive helpdesk system and our helpdesk operators will deal with any request promptly.
