It's rare today you get to say something so positive so I have gone out of my way to do this positive review. My husband and I needed a new divan base for our bed, we had recently bought a new mattress. We tried Amazon and they had what we needed but 4 weeks after paying over 300 it was still 'delivery date to be confirmed'. We tried the large nationals but they were all quoting 4/5 weeks fro delivery and then my colleague mentioned these guys. I phoned and they phoned me back within an hour, I explained what I wanted and they said they could do it but it would take 3 days, maximum a week to get it in stock! It took 3 days, I ordered Friday, they had it by Tuesday. We arranged delivery for that Friday when I was off and they turned up when they said they would, took the old base away and helped put together the new one. All done in about 15 minutes. Can not recommend them highly enough. Superb service start to finish. Thanks very much.
