Went to the Oldbrook donation centre at the weekend Have going there since it opened! I have enjoyed every visit making donations and buying items It had always been great full of lovely things The staff were great too Something has drastically changed Not only have the staff changed and are not approachable But the standards have dropped considerably Not so many people visit anymore and the children's clothing which was of good quality is appalling and only good for rags. I found stained, holey clothes there at weekend And for once did not buy anything (which is rare for me )

I have literally just tried to donate to your shop in the old roan, having made a special journey to make this donation. Now the shop is supposed to close at 5pm and it is only 3.30 when I get there, one shutter is down and the door is locked, there are people in the back. I knock on the door and I am ignored. By now there are two of us wanting to donate to Your cause or buy again we knock, somebody is in the back comes out of back room looks at us and walks away. Again we knock and see somebody shuffling around in the back room so there are two People in there. We knock again. Eventually somebody comes out the back room and mentions that you are closed again there is no sign on the door to say that you are closing early for any reason and there are clearly people in the shop. So I will not be making a return journey to donate to your shop I will take my donations to a different charity shop in future

I was very disappointed to have my purchase rejected in my local charity shop as they would not have enough change for later. They were very rude and embarrassed me when I left the shop by talking about me to other people in the shop. I used to shop in your shop regularly. I will not be returning!
