We use only the best materials and the most robust finishes to ensure all our furniture is fit for purpose. However, even these materials can be damaged by misuse or lack of suitable maintenance. So, to ensure our products give you many years of great service, please refer to this care and maintenance guide. Clean by wiping with a damp cloth using a mild cleaning liquid if required (always blot spills immediately), then buff with a dry duster. We strongly recommend you not use sanitizer spray on tops, as it will damage polished surfaces and they become sticky.

Victoria Mills is the perfect place for interior designers and their clients from the hospitality, workplace and retail design sectors, to discover and source products for their schemes. Restaurant and bar owners can visit to see, touch and feel our products before purchasing. Visitors to our showroom are also welcome to visit our nearby head office, to tour our extensive manufacturing and finishing facilities, including the architectural metalwork department, where we fabricate bespoke external structures, staircases, balustrades and glass and bottle racks.

Whether we are working to a specific brief or simple sketched idea, our talented in-house product designers will develop working solutions for your bespoke furniture requirements. From completely bespoke items manufactured in our extensive workshops to a standard product with a custom twist, we have the capability to meet your needs. Send us your ideas, sketches, photographs and plans, in as much detail as you can. We can visit you on site to discuss your project in person and can also offer furniture layouts, to enable you to visualise the finished look.

Our talented in-house CAD design team works alongside architects, interior designers and their contractors to provide technical design support, producing detailed plans and elevations for approval. We provide a full design service for smaller projects and private commissions and conduct detailed site surveys when required. We can design totally bespoke structures incorporating exclusive detailing, or we are often asked to incorporate our own unique modular colonnade and balustrade systems and components.
