Founder of Cushion Comfort Brian Padden has over thirty years experience in the re-upholstery business. Having started as an apprentice upholsterer and later setting up and running Craftsman Upholstery. The upholstery industry began to change with the growth of the big multiple furniture store in the 1990's. I noticed a shift from customers having furniture upholstered to replacing their suites every few years.
